1. Who we are
MiniAppStar is an independent online tools website for Indian exam and job applicants. The website owner can be contacted at Miniappstar809788@gmail.com.
2. The most important point: your files stay with you
All MiniAppStar tools (photo compressor, signature resizer, calculators, JPG to PDF and others) run completely inside your web browser using JavaScript. When you select a photo, signature or document in any tool, the file is NOT uploaded to our server, NOT stored by us, and NOT seen by us or any third party. Processing happens on your own device, and the result downloads directly to you.
3. Information you give us
If you contact us through the Contact Us form or by email, we receive your name, email address and the message you write. We use it only to reply to you and to fix reported mistakes. We do not sell it or use it for marketing lists.
4. Information collected automatically
Like almost every website, our hosting server automatically records basic technical logs when you visit: your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you opened and the time of visit. These logs are used to keep the website secure, to detect errors and abuse, and to understand overall traffic in aggregate. They are not used to identify you personally.
5. Cookies
This website and third-party services may use cookies (small text files stored in your browser). Cookies help remember preferences, keep the site working, measure visits, and — when advertising is enabled on this website — show ads. 6. Google AdSense and advertising cookies
When advertising runs on MiniAppStar, it may be provided by Google AdSense. Our pages link to official government, exam-board and bank websites and to other resources. Once you leave MiniAppStar, the other website’s own privacy policy applies; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including HTTPS encryption, to protect the limited information we hold (contact messages and server logs). No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, but because our tools collect no files and we hold very little personal data, the risk is kept minimal.
9. Data retention
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of corrections. Server logs are retained by the hosting provider for a limited period for security purposes and then rotate out.
10. Children’s privacy
MiniAppStar is a general-audience website for exam and job applicants. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Your choices and rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you (for example, a message you sent us), and ask for its correction or deletion, by emailing Miniappstar809788@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services change or the law requires it. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
