Why does the portal need a minimum size also?
Some forms, like IBPS, need 20–50 KB, not just ‘under 50 KB’ — if your result is below the minimum, choose a bigger target or higher dimensions.
Will quality become poor?
At very small sizes some softness is normal; use a clear, well-lit original photo for the best result.
